Highly crystalline niobium- and tantalum-based oxynitride perovskite nanoparticles were obtained from hydrothermally synthesized oxide precursors by thermal ammonolysis at different temperatures. The samples were studied with respect to their morphological, optical and thermal properties as well as their photocatalytic activity in the decomposition of methyl orange. Phase pure oxynitrides were obtained at rather low ammonolysis temperatures between 740 °C (CaNbO2N) and 1000 °C (BaTaO2N). Particle sizes were found to be in the range 27 nm–146 nm and large specific surface areas up to 37 m2 g−1 were observed. High photocatalytic activities were found for CaNbO2N and SrNbO2N prepared at low ammonolysis temperatures. CoOx as co-catalyst was loaded on the oxynitride particles resulting in a strong increase of the photocatalytic activities up to 30% methyl orange degradation within 3 h for SrNbO2N:CoOx.  相似文献

The thermoelastic and structural properties of SrZrO3 perovskite in the Pnma (Pbnm) phase have been studied using neutron powder diffraction at 82 temperatures between 11 K and 406 K at ambient pressure, and at sixteen pressures between 0.07 and 6.7 GPa at ambient temperature. The bulk modulus, derived by fitting the equation of state to a second order Birch-Murnaghan equation-of-state, 157(5) GPa, is in excellent agreement with that deduced in a recent resonant ultrasound investigation. Experimental axial compressional moduli are in agreement with those calculated from the elastic stiffness coefficients derived by ab-initio calculation, although the experimental bulk modulus is significantly softer than that calculated. Following low temperature saturation for temperatures less than 40 K, the unit cell monotonically increases with a predicted high temperature limit in the volume expansivity of ∼2.65 × 10−5 K−1. Axial linear thermal expansion coefficients are found to be in the order αb < αc < αa for all temperatures greater than 20 K with the b axis indicating a weak, low temperature negative expansion coefficient at low temperatures. The thermoelastic properties of SrZrO3 can be approximated by a two-term Debye model for the phonon density of states with Debye temperatures of 238(4) K and 713(6) K derived in a self-consistent manner by simultaneously fitting the isochoric heat capacity and the unit cell volume. Atomic displacement parameters have been fitted to a modified Debye model in which the zero-point term is an additional refinable variable and shows the cations and anions have well separated Debye temperatures, mirroring the need for two Debye-like distributions in the vibrational density of states. The temperature dependence of the crystal structure is presented in terms of the amplitudes of the seven symmetry-adapted basis vectors of the aristotype phase that are consistent with space group Pbnm, thus permitting a direct measure of the order parameter evolution in SrZrO3. The temperature variation of the in-phase tilt, which is lost at the phase transition at 973 K, is consistent with tricritical behaviour, in agreement with published results based on high temperature crystallographic data.  相似文献

提出了一维准周期结构的声子晶体模型.对弹性波通过该一维准周期结构声子晶体的透射系数进行了数值计算,并与周期结构的透射系数进行了比较.计算结果表明,弹性波通过一维准周期结构声子晶体时,同样会有带隙的出现,且带隙所在频率范围与周期结构的情形完全一样,不同的是在准周期结构声子晶体中,带隙内有很强的局域共振模.对此局域模性质的研究有助于声波或弹性波滤波器的制作. 关键词: 准周期结构 声子晶体 局域化  相似文献

Dynamical behaviour of two coupled neurons with at least one of them being chaotic is presented. Bifurcation diagrams and Lyapunov exponents are calculated to diagnose the dynamical behaviour of the coupled neurons with the increasing coupling strength. It is found that when the coupling strength increases, a chaotic neuron can be controlled by the coupling between neurons. At the same time, phase locking is studied by the maxima of the differences of instantaneous phases and average frequencies between two coupled neurons, and the inherent connection of phase locking and the suppression of chaos is formulated. It is observed that the onset of phase locking is closely related to the suppression of chaos. Finally, a way for suppression of chaos in two coupled nonidentical neurons under periodic input is suggested.  相似文献

A new auxiliary ordinary differential equation and its solutions are used for constructing exact travelling wave solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations in a unified way. The main idea of this method is to take full advantage of the auxiliary equation which has more new exact solutions. 用三维TRS(totalrouthiansurface)自洽理论对奇奇核164Lu的位能面进行了计算,计算结果与实验上得到的ε2=0.38基本一致,从而从理论上确认了164Lu是三轴超形变核,并且指出了存在三轴超形变带的两个组态. Total routhian surface in~(164)Lu nuclei is calculated according to the three dimensional Total Routhian Surface (TRS) theory. The result of the calculation is in agreement with the experiment.
